The most common cause of login problems is the forum "cookie", which is set by the forum to keep your session active. If you find you are unable to log in, try deleting the cookies set in your browser as follows:
Internet Explorer:
Tools>Internet Options>Delete Cookies>Delete all cookies? Yes
Firefox:
Tools>Options>Cookies tab>Clear Cookies Now
